Very responsive and good service. We sent our things from Allahabad to Manali and everything came intact and more or less on time. We had a lot of fragile glass stuff and nothing broke. They did not charge anything extra apart from what they had quoted. Packing team also did a very good job they really took care of packing things. Would recommend for sure.
